Welcome to my week 6 results!

An absolute roller coaster ride of eats, treats and the bathroom.  I’m not complaining though as I somehow lost another pound of weight despite barely working out.  I pigged out on some days, but others ate little.

I have to admit this week’s weight may be tainted.  See below for why!  LOL!

Weight & Body

Down 1 lb to 210 lbs!  Make note I weigh myself the same way – in the morning after I’ve went to the bathroom.  Damn, though I’ve lost 7 lbs, since doing this I still look the same!  Grrrr!

Food

I have two words to say:  BURGER KING

Two sessions of goodness.  One was on the way back from late night pubbing where I downed 2 chicken sandwiches past midnight.  The other, another double burger at lunch with a friend.  I forgot to take a pic of the chicken sandwiches, but did remember to snap the receipt!  I have to say I looked like a creep.  I was so hungry I ate the sandwiches in the car.  But I did it pretty neatly.  Only a few flecks of lettuce fell onto my shirt.  Hahaha!

By the way, the Burger King Double Stacker burgers look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES IN THE STORE!

I had a mini-shindig at my place Friday night, so I also indulged in some sushi and desserts friends brought over.

Tainted Results?

I’m writing this post today (Sunday morning).  After weighing myself and seeing I lost a pound, that’s great right?  Well maybe.  Maybe not.  Why?

I must have eaten something bad the last few days.  I’m guessing it’s the sushi, but you never know.  Over the past few days, I’ve also eaten stir-fry broccoli, oranges and baked some fish fillets in my toaster oven.  I feel fine though.  I don’t feel like I have a cold or fever or anything.

Last night from about 8 pm to 11 pm, I had to hit the bathroom FOUR TIMES.  My body was drained!  Gross?  Yes.  But as an honest realist, I’m thinking I lost a pound of weight due to lucky toilet hopping.  Your guess is as good as mine!

Pain from last week

Remember than toning stuff I did last weekend?  Squatting and bending while holding weights?  My thighs were sore till Wednesday!

Workout 1 (weights)

I did some dumbbell lifting Thursday night (I think).  I hiked up the weights to 20 lbs per arm.  Felt good.  Felt fine.

Workout 2 (Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012)

In the video I do some running, which I hate and then end it off with a jump rope session.  A 2 minute drill of jumping.  Damn hard.  Harder than the running.  The game wants you to alternate steps in patterns.  I look like a huffing and puffing idiot.  I did it though…. BARELY.
