Welcome to my week 13 results!
Shit. My first really bad week. Last week I was 207 lbs. I hopped on the scale. 210 lbs! Damn. I knew that 3 day sales meeting with unlimited breakfast, lunch and dinner would catch up to me. I now have to lose 10 lbs in about 3 weeks to hit my goal.
Weight & Body
I ran the track a few times and was too lazy to do weights. 210 lbs.
Food
I had a 3 day sales meeting and had all kinds of good and bad food. Everything from the typical greasy hotel buffet of eggs, bacon and sausage to fancy prancy atlantic salmon for dinner. I didn’t take pics as there were probably 80 other people in the same room. I do remember some things I ate:
- Mini-burgers
- Salmon
- McDonald’s at midnight
- Steak
- Greasy breakfast
- Candy and chocolate
- Stir-fry beef
- Wraps and cold cut sandwiches
- A bunch of fancy desserts at dinner
Other stuff I ate during the week (at home):
Workout 1 & 2 (high school track)
Run 1 - Overcast skies. Not too hot. Did 2.5 laps running and 2.5 laps walking. The entire time a few people were sitting in the shitty rafters. A 40-something lady, an old 80 year old, and their two dogs. Only thing kind of funny was on my final lap. As I ran down that stretch, the grandma stared at me smiling. I smiled back out of reflex. Trust me, I wasn’t trying to impress granny.
Run 2 - Super sunny. Hot as hell. Humid too. Got to the track and ran 2 and walked 2. There were already 2 people running the track. A guy I couldn’t get a good look at. He was always at the opposite side of the track. Whether I ran or walked we seemed to be on the same pace as we never caught up to each other. All I know is that he took off his black shirt at some point showing his sunburned skin, which I could see from 200 metres away.
There was also this lady who was running the opposite way (clockwise). Every time I’ve come here and seen people doing the track, it is always counter-clockwise. Also, she never really ran on the track itself, but on the perimeter which is a combo of clay grit and grass. Weird.
