Welcome to my week 14 results!
A mixed bag of feelings. Last week I was 210 lbs which was terrible, since I gained 3 lbs from the previous week. So what am I when I weighed myself today? Looks like 206 lbs! Sounds awesome right? Yeah! But I could have lost another 1-2 lbs more if I had control. See my food section to see why.
Weight & Body
I did an exercise bike this week. That’s it. 206 lbs.
Food
I was so excited “giggling like a schoolgirl” that I actually texted Evilenger yesterday morning teasing him about my weight. I didn’t say I actually lost 4 lbs, but he probably could tell something good happened. I wouldn’t text him that I gained 4 lbs. At the time I was 206 lbs.
But something went wrong. A gut busting event. My brother’s BBQ!
I forgot to take pics, but he had a crapload of stuff. Chicken, burgers, sausage, some grilled veggies, cake, pie you name it. He even did one of those cedar plank fish things, which I was too stuffed to eat. I think I ate this:
- 1 burger with double patties (with bun)
- 2 sausages (no bun)
- 3-4 pieces of chicken (drumsticks & thighs)
- Roasted veggies and potato quarters
- A bunch of BBQ roasted pineapple cubes
- Slice of blueberry pie
- A can of Diet Pepsi, a can of Nestea and 2 glasses of Coke from a big jug
When I got home, I went to the bathroom and then decided to weigh myself. Teetering between 209-210 lbs. That was around 8 pm. I thought to myself, I’m F’ING TOAST IN THIS FITNESS THING.
I didn’t eat anything till this morning and somehow I lost back enough to get to 206 lbs! Why can’t I lose 3-4 lbs overnight every time I sleep? LOL
By the way, if you actually believe I was giggling like a girl, you’re an imbecile!
Other stuff I ate during the week:
Workout 1 (exercise bike)
For a change, I decided to check my condo’s small exercise room. The last time I checked it was when I moved in last summer. Good it’s empty.
I’ve done exercise bikes before, but not one of these sideways ones. Decided to give it a try. Did it for 30 minutes. Was fine. That “Rolling Hills” program was easy. I was a little sweaty, but it was no problem. Running one lap outside on a dirt track is harder. Next time I’ll try a harder looking program or ramp it up to 45 minutes.
I did this in between texting Evilenger and my bro’s BBQ. I think I did this around lunchtime.
The seat is super small so my ass was sliding off it half the time. Here’s some in-progress shots:
- About half way done
- 15 seconds till it ends. You can actually see my reflection taking the pic! Haha!
- Final distance I biked
