Welcome to my week 15 results!
Getting there slowly. One week to go. 205 lbs. Need to lose 5 lbs in this final week to do it! I could have been a pound lighter, but I pigged out at a company golf tournament last Friday.
Desperate Times
I have 5 more lbs to lose this week. I don’t care if I do healthily, unhealthily, starve like a hobo, or chop my arm off. I’m doing it. I’m writing this article a day after I usually do, but let me just say that I just finished a routine I’m going to do every day and pray it works burning off a pound a day. You’ll see it next week. I foresee this Friday being a crap day which will test my willpower as I might be going to a baseball game with buddies, which means…. hot dogs, drinks and other overpriced delicious trash sold my weirdos from a grubby cart.
Like exam time during school, I always waited to the last minute to study and do projects, but 95% of the time pulled through well. If school taught me anything, it’s that procrastination works and I’m not letting that experience go to waste!
Weight & Body
I did an exercise bike this week and played golf in some heat. 205 lbs.
Food
Nothing particularly exciting, except for golf day at my company. I suck, but thankfully we played best ball. It was one of those par 3 executive courses, but trust me. If I had to play my own shots I would have shot around 120. I lost around 5-6 balls, got the back of my neck sunburned and have some skin flaking off my forehead this morning. That’s an inexperienced golfer for you. Sun lotion? What’s that? But take a look at a wicked shot my coworker shot from the tee! Right over some water close to the pin!
At the end was dinner. And shit. No control. Ribs, potatoes, chicken and a brownie. See that plate below? MULTIPLY THAT BY 2 AND THEN ADD A BROWNIE. It must have been a 3,000 calorie dinner. But at least I drank Diet Coke! LOL. That beige stuff at the top is macaroni salad.
Other stuff I ate during the week:
Workout 1 (exercise bike)
I did the bike again for 30 minutes. I changed up the program to something called Strength.
Remember how I said it was super easy last week? Hahaha! That’s because I had it on Level 3. So this time I arbitrarily notched it up to Level 7. Much harder! A tougher program, but it says I did 8.2 miles. Last week I did 7 miles. Call me Lance Armstrong.
The seat is super small so my ass was sliding off it half the time. Here’s some in-progress shots:
- About half way done
- 8 seconds till it ends
- Final distance I biked
